We will be holding a Ringing Remembers and Friends Reunion at the Mancroft Ringing Discovery Centre in Norwich on 4th April, 10am-3pm. A chance for the RR recruits, and also any individuals who have started to ring since November 2018 , to get together and support each other. It will hopefully be a fun day, rather than a heavy training session. Silly games and ART exercises rather than struggling through a method. The aim is for us all to make contacts, renew friendships, see what the MRDC has to offer ringers, and eat a slice or two of cake together. If you are the “only learner” in a tower, it might be good to know that “you are not alone”! We hope that novice ringers from both Norfolk and over the border into Suffolk will want to come along. You do not need to come for the entire day, but there will be a sandwich lunch to buy for those who want to make a day of it or there are lots of cafes and pubs in the immediate vicinity of the centre.
Please let us know if you intend to come (or at least a ballpark figure for your tower, if not individual names), and if anyone would like to bring a cake, it would be much appreciated.
